Day 14 - Zakynthos, Greece

Today was a fun do nothing learn nothing kind of day. Linda, Jerry, and I went to a beach about 20 minutes away. We found a beach bar that rented tiki umbrellas and lounge chairs. We snagged a couple so we could all have shade and spent the day moving between the chairs and the water. This is one of the few mostly sand beaches in Zakynthos. Most beaches are rocky and beach shoes are necessary. It was a magical day by the sea.

Martha spent a quiet day by the villa pool as our plan was to rent jet skis for a few hours. She would have been like a puppy locked in the house watching the other dogs romp in the yard. But we ended up just being beach bums. Oh well, she enjoyed her “me” time.

And by the Villa - we definitely mean Villa.

There are so many seating areas outside that look over the sea. Beautiful.

Oh and Simon was the late afternoon bartender next door.
